How to claim
Claiming with any insurer should be as effortless as possible. That’s why, with Zurich Connect, you can choose how you tell us about a new claim.
- Simply complete our online claim form by logging into My Connect (van)
- Call our dedicated claims team directly on 0800 434 6481 where a member of our team will take all of the details and let you know what will happen next. We are open 24 hours a day 365 days a year so you know that help is always a phone call away.
When you contact us about a claim, you will need to tell us:
- your name, address and telephone
number(s)
- the place where the loss or damage
occurred
- what caused the loss or damage.

If the glass in the windscreen, windows or sunroof is damaged, we will pay for its replacement (minus the excess) or repair including the repair of any resulting scratching of the surrounding bodywork.
