Zurich Connect doesn’t include breakdown insurance as standard because not everyone wants it. But if you do, we've teamed up with Green Flag to give you several different options to choose from:

• Breakdown Assistance and Recovery gives you 30 minutes roadside assistance if you breakdown more than ¼ mile from your home for only an additional £30.45 per year, or from just under 60p a week.
• On top of that, you can then add Home-Call, giving you the extra benefit of having assistance coming directly to your own driveway. These two options are just £40.95 per year, which works out to just under 80p a week.
• Should you need it, you can also add Nationwide Breakdown Recovery Service to the above options for £61.95 per year or just under £1.20 a week. You’ll get all the benefits listed above, plus, if we can’t get your car repaired at the roadside, we’ll make sure you still get to your home or UK destination - no matter where you are. And you can also expect a full chauffeur service if the driver of your car is ill or injured.
• Or, if you are driving in Europe, you can add European Assistance to the all the above options for just £82.95 per year, or just under £1.60 a week, This gives you full cover for breakdown, accidents, fire and theft anywhere in the EU. It even includes up to 5 nights accommodation whilst your car is being repaired, up to £750 towards car hire and even covers the cost of returning your vehicle to the UK if it can’t be repaired abroad.
