In the recent cold snap, lots of our Customers have had minor bumps as well as some more serious accidents.
If you have been unfortunate enough to have an accident, the first step to take is to phone us to tell us about the accident so that we can help you as quickly as possible. As an additional reassurance, if you need to replace or repair something minor to keep you mobile at this busy time, rest assured that if the repair is reasonable and necessary, keep the receipt and we will reimburse you for it*
*You must have comprehensive cover and a valid policy indemnity. The usual policy excesses will apply.
