Buying insurance online with Zurich Connect is quick, easy and safe

You can make some considerable savings when you buy your insurance online. And it’s a very simple process too, as you’ll hopefully soon discover:

• Start by getting a quote. It’s just a quote, after all. Your quote will be lower if you get your buildings and contents cover at the same time.
• We’ll ask some details about your home – most of which you’ll know already. It’s worth thinking at this stage about the value of the contents you want to insure.
• We’ll also need to know a bit about your insurance history, such as how many claims you’ve made and where you live.
• You’ll be asked about Voluntary Excess. Every time you have to make a claim on your insurance, you have to pay the initial amount yourself. This is set to £50 at first, but if you want to you can select more - it’s entirely up to you. The higher you go, the lower your premium will be.
• Then we’ll give you the choice of taking out some extra options. (Some insurance companies automatically lump these into their policies,whether you want them or not) By giving you the option to select what goes into your insurance yourself, you’re able to keep your costs lower.
