Full terms & conditions of cashback offer 

1. This offer is only valid for new Zurich Connect policies underwritten by Zurich Insurance plc that have been purchased between 1st October – 31st March 2010 and is not valid for replacement policies or existing policy renewals for either Zurich Connect or Zurich Solutions products.
2. The cashback offer is available to anyone in your household.  Cashback will be rewarded to the policyholder of the new Zurich Connect policy. 
3. Only one claim for cashback per new Zurich Connect policy purchased will be accepted.
4. The cashback will be issued to the new Zurich Connect policyholder in the form of a Postal Cheque, which can be redeemed at any post office, bank or building society.
5. This offer is only available to new Zurich Connect policies bought directly from Zurich Insurance plc – i.e., not via a Broker or Distribution Partnerships.
6. Zurich Insurance plc reserves the right not to issue the cashback until all applicable charges and fees have been paid.
7. The new Zurich Connect policy must be in force for a minimum period of 28 days before the new Zurich Connect policyholder is eligible to receive the cashback. Once 28 days have elapsed, and providing we are able to validate the claim, the new Zurich Connect policyholder will receive the cashback within 60 days, subject to claim validation.
8. Zurich Insurance plc may at its sole discretion refuse to issue the cashback or withdraw this offer at any time.
9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. To be eligible for the cashback offer, the new Zurich Connect policy must exist concurrently with the original Zurich insurance policy, purchased directly, for at least 1 day.
11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
